Recipes are just awesome. Thanks for sharing.
Thanks; hope it’s useful for you!
These recipes look ah-mazing! I think of cabbage as a superfood, so my cupboards are stocked, and with social distancing being the thing to do, I guess I’ll be having fried cabbage and bacon all to myself this year.
Yes, it’s a good time to eat what’s in the pantry or the fridge.
Even though we here don’t do Keto, we DO cook many dishes with cabbage, but w/less fat than the Keto Diet uses. We also like to stir in Bok Choy (Chinese Cabbage) into some soups, just before serving. We also like Winter Cabbage, when regular cabbage is not available. Cabbage is waaay underrated!
I agree cabbage is so underrated! I love hearing how you use it. I need to cook Bok Choy a lot more, love it too.
That Roasted Cabbage with Lemon recipe is amazing! Thank you for the other recipes as well! Love it!
So glad you have enjoyed it so much!
This may be my favorite cabbage recipe and it's a great way to stretch a pound of ground beef to feed a large family. I often use a can of petite diced tomatoes and a package of pre-cooked brown rice. I also add dill to the meat mixture and feta cheese on top. Sometimes I skip the lemon juice too. I love this and can even eat it for breakfast!

KKQ, this is too fun, because when I went to Turkey last year I met Zerrin from Give Recipe! (And her recipe is quite a bit like my Deconstructed Stuffed Cabbage Casserole on this site.) I'll be sure to tell her you gave her a shout-out here.
Skip the corned beef! These cabbage recipes all tempt me. This week is a great time to buy cabbage on sale at the market, too.
Thanks Lydia; glad you like the ideas! I am always down for cheap cabbage!
Will not link to recipe for roasted cabbage with lemon.
Thank You for telling me, just fixed it! (And you can always search with the search bar if I make a boo-boo like that and aren't around to fix it quickly.) Hope you enjoy, I LOVE that recipe!
