Why I love Clausen Dill Pickles (and Recipes with Dill Pickles)
When you need a low-carb snack with some crunch, Clausen Dill Pickles are so tasty, and these are my favorite dill pickles! My favorite is the Kosher Dill Sandwich Slices that are so easy to chop up, and this post has some favorite recipes I make with those pickles!

I don’t review products or accept freebies on this site, but I do have a category called Kalyn’s Kitchen Picks where I share the products I love and buy over and over! Sometimes no new products inspire me and I neglect that category for a while, but this year I am resolving to be a little more consistent about sharing them!
And today I’m reminding you about these amazing Clausen Dill Pickles which are absolutely my favorite dill pickles! I found out about these from my sister Pam, who found out about them from my sister Laurel, and ever since Pam told me about them, this is something that’s always in my fridge. I love the Kosher Dill Sandwich Slices that are so easy to stack up and chop to use in a recipe, but all the Clausen Dill Pickles are delicious!
Where do you get Clausen Dill Pickles?
You’ll find them in the refrigerated section at most grocery stores, and they’re a bit pricier than some pickles, but these are so, so good! I love the crisp texture and the just-sour-enough flavor of these pickles, and most often I just eat a couple of slices as a snack when I’m craving some crunch. And these pickles have less than 1 carb per slice of pickle, so a few slices is a healthy snack that really hits the spot when you need some crunch.
Favorite Recipes with Dill Pickles:
This Double Dill Homemade Tartar Sauce is a condiment I love with fish!
Salmon Patties with Tartar Sauce are a favorite recipe that uses the flavorful homemade tartar sauce!
Pickles are an important ingredient in this Bacon Cheeseburger Keto Breakfast Quiche!
Pickles are a MUST in these Bacon Cheeseburger Meatballs!
And these Ham and Pickle Roll Ups just might be the dill pickle recipe I’ve made the most!
About Kalynโs Kitchen Picks:
I purchased the Clausen Dill Pickles myself and the company has no idea that Iโm featuring their product on my blog. All items featured as Kalynโs Kitchen Picks are things I would happily buy over and over, and I donโt accept review products of any kind. Kaylyn, I tryed the pickles. Loved them. Then I used the liquid and chopped up a fresh Cuke and got a 2 for one. Everyone loved the second batch just as well. Julie Grange, Pam’s friend.
So glad you liked them!
Wow, that Keto Quiche looks so scrumptious. I want to add gruyere cheese, do you think that’s over the top???
Sounds good to me!
Clausen slices have high fructose corn syrup in them. Get the halves insteadย
It doesn’t concern me for such a minimal amount, but your choice of course.
Hello. Thank you for absolutely wonderful recipes. Will try the snacks with hab for sure. Pickles are a super add on to any sauce (as your first recipe states). Haven’t really used pickles on hot dishes, but your breakfast and meatball recipes are definitely worth a try. Thanks ๐
Thanks Martha! So glad it’s useful for you.
Laurel taught ME about Clausens, too, and Iโve never looked back! I just wish I could find the spicy variety more often. Sooo good!
Aren’t they just so, so good! I haven’t had the spicy ones though. Now I want to look for those!
Since you first mentioned them to me, I’ve always had a jar of these pickle slices in my refrigerator, too! They are wonderful for snacking — so much so that they never last long enough to make it into a recipe!
Lydia, I know just what you mean! Glad you’re enjoying them as much as I have.
I love their pickles too. I always have a jar of the spears in my fridge. Your recipes sound great.
Thanks Penny; glad you like it!
