I can tell by my daily stats that many fans of the original South Beach Diet go back to Phase One recipes in January, and something I think makes any kind of carb-conscious eating plan much easier is making food on the weekend to eat some now and some later. That’s why I created a new category called Weekend Food Prep and when I’m doing food prep I’ll definitely be making food in the CrockPot to eat during the week.
