What canned tuna do I use for my Healthy Tuna Recipes?

There are some wonderful imported Italian tunas if money is no object, but quite a few years ago I discovered Genova Tuna Packed in Olive Oil (affiliate link). This brand compares favorably in taste with imported tunas and I love this this canned tuna so much and I’ve been buying it for so long that it’s definitely a Kalynโ€™s Kitchen Picks recommendation for me! (And this company has not sent me any free tuna or paid me in any way to write an endorsement of their tuna.)

Are all the healthy tuna recipes low in carbs?

Every healthy recipe here that uses tuna is made with the carb-conscious approach to eating that my site is known for. There are recipes here that are suitable for strict Keto, and others that have a few more carbs, but all are going to be lower in carbs than you might think, even the ones with beans or pasta. I’m dividing the recipes into two categories, with the lowest-carb ones shown first. After that are a few recipes that are slightly higher in carbs, and some of those are not gluten-free. Choose the type of recipe that works for your way of eating and make some delicious with canned tuna!
