Made the Brown Rice and Turkey casserole yesterday for my son and girlfriend who decided they wanted to give South Beach a try between the holidays. I received a call from both telling me how fabulous it was! Son shared it with his roommate too and he loved it. Left out the mushrooms since they don't like so upped the turkey amount to 2 1/2 c and added hatch chilis for an added bite. Next week I plan on making this for my husband and I. We've been eating the South Beach lifestlye for over 6 years…give or take a week off here and there so really happy I found this site for some new receipes!!!

The recipes on this site are so good it doesn't even feel like dieting. I love that they are all fresh and fun ingredients with enough variation so that you don't get bored! Thank you Kalyn for running this amazing site!
