The holidays are just about to get into full swing, and for the few weeks I’ll be doing some gift-giving, eating and socializing, a bit of traveling, and probably less-than-usual blogging. Before we get too far into the holiday season I wanted to share this collection of Six Delicious Sugar-Free and Flourless Cookies! This has all the cookie recipes I’ve been updating with Kara this month, plus a few that have been favorites of mine for years!
And all these cookies are sugar-free, flourless, and gluten-free, so you should be able to make them for just about anyone. I’ll always be a savory cook and not a baker, but I did have fun working on improving some of the cookie recipes on the site, hope you enjoy!
Sugar-Free Gluten-Free Triple Almond Cookies have almond meal, almond butter, and chopped almonds, and if you have almond extract a small amount of that will bump up the almond flavor.
I love the chunks of peanut in these Flourless Sugar-Free Peanut Butter Chocolate Cookies, but use smooth peanut butter if you prefer!
Flourless Sugar-Free Pistachio Cookies are an older recipe, but these are definitely some of the best cookies I’ve made.
If you like the idea of a chocolate shortbread cookie, you can’t go wrong with these Flourless Sugar-Free Chocolate Shortbread Cookies!
Sugar-Free Flourless Cookies with Almond Flour and Flaxseed are a cookie that reminds me a bit of Snickerdoodles, and I love the idea of using some flaxseed meal in a cookie.
And I’m reminding you about these Flourless, Sugar-Free Peanut Butter Cookies as a bonus even though is not really a Christmas cookie. But these are definitely one of my favorites because even though I’m not too much of a sweets eater, I’ve always loved peanut butter.
Happy holiday season to all my wonderful readers and blogging friends. Whatever you’re doing to celebrate the holidays this year, I hope you have a chance to enjoy being with the people you love!
