I have no idea how we’re suddenly in the month of September, but there’s the calendar staring me in the face so I can’t deny that summer is winding down. But there are still several weeks of summer left, so this week’s round-up is reminding you about the Late Summer Tomato Salads that are so perfect and amazing right now! And whether you’re growing your own tomatoes or going to the Farmer’s Market, late summer tomatoes are a wonderful thing to celebrate.

Every year I want to keep making my favorite summer foods as long as I possibly can. And I think when summer starts winding down those flavors of summer taste even better, so hopefully you’re enjoying summer produce long into fall. Right?
