It’s Friday and at my house we have a big family get-together this weekend because my nephew Garrett, his wife Jane, and their four adorable kids are staying at my house. And even though I know summer doesn’t officially start for a few more weeks, we’re going to be cooking outside for a family party, so it feels a lot like summer!

I am seriously drooling over this Spicy Sriracha Grilled Chicken
from The Perfect Pantry. Lydia uses a combination of sweetener and a little sugar to make this low-carb, but you can use all sweetener if you want even less carbs. This is gluten-free with gluten-free soy sauce.
And from Kalyn’s Kitchen this week, Zucchini Noodle Mock Pasta Salad
has all the flavors I love in pasta salad like Italian sausage, roasted red peppers, olives, and Parmesan, but none of the carbs!
