An exciting event happened at my house this week, when we picked the first (admittedly small) zucchinis from the new garden space, so that might be why we ended up with three low-carb recipes using zucchini in this week’s collection for Low-Carb Recipe Love on Fridays! The amount of fat might make this an occasional treat for some of you, but this Low-Carb Grain-Free Chicken Fried Steak with Country Gravy from All Day I Dream About Food sounds amazing. Carolyn adapted the recipe from The Primal Low-Carb Kitchen cookbook written by Kynda from Peace, Love, and Low Carb.

I’m pretty sure I would love this Caprese Zucchini Noodle Pasta Salad from Sugar-Free Mom, and I would use even more basil, since I’m such a basil freak. I love the Mozzarella Pearls Brenda used in this recipe.

I don’t cook a lot of steak, but I love the sound of Beef Sirloin Grilled in Spicy Tomato Sauce from Paleo Leap. The sauce has a generous amount of lime juice, which I think sounds wonderful with the beef.

And to finish out this week’s collection, I’ve been giving you a string of ultra-easy recipes from Kalyn’s Kitchen to start the summer grilling season and this recipe I call World’s Easiest Kabobs with Grilled Zucchini and Sausage is another one of those. This is something I make often when I want a quick low-carb summer dinner.
