Thanks to everyone who gave me nice feedback last week about Low-Carb Recipe Love on Fridays; it seemed like quite a few of you like the idea of a Friday feature that spotlights five drool-worthy low-carb recipes you might want to add to your menu for the coming week. Here are the five recipes that caught my eye this week. And one is for grilling! Have you broken out the grill yet at your house?

Before it gets too hot to use the oven, don’t you want to try these Cheesy Cauliflower Breadsticks
from Jo Cooks? Jo says this makes a nice firm breadstick that you really can pick up with your fingers, and I think these look something that will disappear quickly.
It’s time to break out the grill for many people, and I love that! I think these Ahi Tuna and Cremini Mushroom Skewers
from The View from Great Island
look amazing and Sue says she will be making them all summer. If Ahi tuna isn’t in the budget where you live, use another firm texture fish like Mahi Mahi, Swordfish, or salmon.
Sometimes the very easiest recipes turn out to be the ones you make over and over, and I love the sound of this Bacon Burger Cabbage Stir Fry
from Low-Carb Yum. Lisa says the recipe is so easy she debated about posting it, but I figure easy is good, right?
Amanda from Fake Ginger says she has been making this Avocado Feta Salsa
for years and years, and I can certainly see why! This would be delicious scooped up with cucumber slices, or serve over grilled chicken or fish.
