What Instant Pot Do I Use?
I use a 6 Quart Instant Pot (affiliate link) for all my Instant Pot Recipes and soup is one of my favorite things to make in the Instant Pot. And if you don’t have an Instant Pot (yet!) that might be something to ask Santa for this year!

I do think there is a bit of a learning curve with the Instant Pot as well. Maybe the difference is that there are now so many blogs featuring Instant Pot recipe (and even sites completely focused on Instant Pot or Pressure Cooker recipes exclusively) that it’s easy to find information when you need it. I do love the Instant Pot, although I was a bit of a slow adapter. And I am not interested in getting one with the ultimate in bells and whistles. But I bet you would love it!
