New Year’s Eve is the time for looking back on goals, and for years I’ve had a goal of creating a special index for all the South Beach Diet Phase One recipes that I’ve cooked and featured on Kalyn’s Kitchen. Even though my current recipe archive pages have notations about which phase of the South Beach Diet I think the recipe is suitable for, I felt it would be even more helpful for if there was a separate index just for Phase One recipes. It’s taken me quite a few hours to make new archives pages to categorize them, but I’m happy to announce that there is now an Index of South Beach Diet Phase One Recipes Featured on Kalyn’s Kitchen.
I hope the new Phase One Recipes Index will be useful. I included every recipe that’s phase one, even though some recipes from the earliest days of the blog make me wince a bit when I see them. But even if some of those early recipes using more convenience ingredients are not what I might cook now, they’re all things I ate when I was actively losing weight and some busy cooks might like them. (For anyone who’s following another type of low-carb diet, these would also be the lowest carb recipes I have on my site.)
