I remember when I posted last month’s low-carb recipe round-up,  I wondered if it would be harder to find 25 Deliciously Healthy Low Carb Recipes to feature in November, since that’s when  most bloggers are featuring food that’s a bit more indulgent.  And I’m sure you’re not surprised to hear that a few more than usual of the recipes this month have things like butter, heavy cream, and bacon, with the appropriate cautions for the diets that limit or don’t permit such ingredients.  But overall I was pleasantly surprised at how many healthy low-carb menu options I managed to bookmark during the month, and I think no matter what type of carb-conscious eating plan you’re following you’ll find plenty of delicious ideas here.

Cauliflower Crust Quiche Lorraine from The Iron You.  (Low-Carb and Gluten-Free.  The use of heavy cream and bacon would make this something I’d save for a very occasional treat for South Beach Phase One.)

Baked Garlic Chicken Thighs with Lemon Sauce from Best Recipe Box.  (This recipe has a very tiny amount of butter, sugar, and heavy cream, which you could omit if you prefer.  With those ingredients the recipe is Low-Carb and Gluten-Free.  Without them it would be South Beach Phase One, Paleo, or Whole 30.)

Warm Brussels Sprouts, Almonds, and Goat Cheese Salad with Maple Mustard Dressing from The Perfect Pantry.   (This recipe has a very minimal amount of maple syrup, which you could replace with another sweetener if you prefer.  Even with the maple syrup I’d consider this to be Low-Carb, and it’s Gluten-Free and South Beach Phase One.)
