I hope everyone who appreciates these Deliciously Healthy Low-Carb Recipes Round-Ups will leave a comment and let me know, because this month I procrastinated and ended up having to spend nearly all day (on Halloween!) writing this round-up to get it done. And a lot of the blogs I normally feature seemed to be posting pumpkin treats during October, and I don’t use desserts in these round-ups, so it was much harder than usual to find 25 good ones!

I know, whine, whine, whine. Seriously I do enjoy this tradition of featuring some of my food blogging friends on the first day of each new month, and I did manage to find one new-to-me blog again this month, which is always my goal. We’re heading into the holiday season when so many tempting foods are everywhere you look, so maybe some of these dishes can help you get through the next two months; enjoy!

  11. Phew! I subscribe to a lot of food blogs and am sick of seeing pumpkin/squash recipes.
    I live in Australia where I can access pumpkin/squash all year round so suppose I should be more tolerant BUT thank goodness for recipes with different ingredients.
