Wow, it really is September. I admit this month isn’t quite as significant for me now that I’m not heading off to teach school every day, but it still means that warm weather is on the way out. I love the foods of summer, so this time of year I always remind myself that garden veggie season lasts well past the official arrival of fall on September 23

That means you still have a at least a month to try some of these Deliciously Healthy Low-Carb Recipes that use things like tomatoes, zucchini, eggplant, cucumbers, and summer squash. And there are plenty of good ideas using summer and fall vegetables in this months collection of low-carb yumminess, where once again I managed to meet my goal of finding at least a couple of new blogs that are being featured here for the first time!

  8. I also love the month's round up and most popular recipes of the week. I especially looks for easy/no cooking if possible snacks meals; something to grab when no time to cook. I would love to see low carb drinks/snack ideas. It is an "Oh good" moment when I see your email in my box. Thanks for your hard work on this site/posts.
