It’s October! The internet is bracing itself for the annual influx of pumpkin recipes. (And forgive me, but I’ve already posted some healthy but not low-carb Pumpkin Mini-Loaves. I could not help myself!)
But even though I occasionally have fun with holiday or seasonal indulgences, there are mostly tasty low-carb recipes ideas showing up here, and this round-up spotlights the 25 Deliciously Healthy Low-Carb Recipes from September 2015 that have been shared on Kalyn’s Kitchen or spotted on other great blogs around the web.
And again this month I managed to meet my goal of finding new blogs to spotlight, and this time there are recipes from three new sites that haven’t been featured here before! I’m pretty excited about that.

Roasted BLT Chicken Dinner from Cook the Story. (Low-Carb, Gluten-Free. With approved bacon and mayo this could be Paleo or Whole 30. The South Beach Diet doesn’t recommend bacon, but there’s not a lot of bacon here and I’d eat this for an occasional treat.)

Persian-Style Chicken Stew with Eggplant and Zucchini (Aubergines and Courgettes) from The Persian Fusion. (Low-Carb, Gluten-Free, South Beach Diet Phase One. If you switch butter for an approved oil this can be Paleo or Whole 30.)

Greek Lemon Chicken with Paleo Tzatziki Sauce from Dailio Paleo. (Low-Carb, Gluten-Free, Paleo, Whole 30. The South Beach Diet would prefer regular Tzatziki Sauce made with yogurt over this type made with full-fat coconut milk, but you don’t eat huge amounts of the sauce, so personally I think either type would be fine.)

Thai-Inspired Ground Turkey Stir-Fry with Basil and Peppers from Kalyn’s Kitchen. (This recipe has a tiny amount of agave nectar, but I’d still consider it to be Low-Carb and South Beach Diet Phase One. It is Gluten-Free, and could be Paleo or Whole 30 if you use an approved sweetener.)

Chunky Blue Cheese and Buttermilk Salad Dressing from Cookistry. (Low-Carb and Gluten-Free. Blue cheese and mayo are limited foods for the South Beach Diet Phase One, but this dressing also has sour cream and buttermilk so I would eat it for Phase One with portion control.
